How do I get them to you?
You can send them at the bottom of the quotes page. We accept jpeg,pdf,corel,photoshop,illustrator. If you have a drawing sketched out, scan it and we’ll take a look at it. No bar napkins please.

What about art charges?
It does take some time to get your art ready to put on an item. The first hour is included in the price. If your art requires more time, we will let you know.

Why can’t I just order them online with a shopping cart without having to contact you directly?
There are many different ink and product colors. One person's version of gold is another’s yellow. In other words, everyone’s order is different and we want to make sure you get exactly what you want. Don’t worry, you are under no obligation and we don’t spam you.

When can I expect to have my order?
Once you approve your artwork, colors, etc. it will take 7-10 business days.

I need them, like, yesterday, can you do it?
Well yesterday would be tough, but we can put a rush on your order. Ten percent rush fee will be added to your order.

How does payment work?
We need 50% down when your order is placed; the remaining payment is due when we ship.
